I was born in Qingdao, China (better known as Tsing'Tao in Tsing'Tao Beer) and lived there for 18 years, where I graduated from Qingdao No.2 High School. Then I moved to San Diego CA for four years (UCSD BS EE 21'). I'm now a PhD student researcher under the supervision of Prof. Lihong Wang at Caltech, Pasadena CA.
